<p>PURPOSE: To start up an apparatus in a short time by using raw water with a high substrate concentration as starting-up use raw water and circulating part a of outflow water in starting up the apparatus by passing the starting-up use raw water through a biological membrane filter to conduct biological membrane filtration treatment of drainage to be treated. CONSTITUTION: In a biological membrane filtration treatment method in which microorganisms are deposited on the surface of a support (filter medium), and drainage is passed through a biological membrane filtration tank 1 in which a filter medium layer 1A of the microorganism deposited support is formed, raw water having a higher substrate concentration than drainage to be treated is passed through an apparatus as starting-up use raw water which is used for the starting-up operation of the apparatus in advance of the start of treatment. Part of outflow water is circulated through the filtration tank 1 by way of a pipe 12. In the biological filtration tank 1, for example, after about 3000mg/ liter of nitrated excrement sludge being implanted per volume of the filter medium 1A, the starting-up use raw water incorporated with ammonium sulfate as the substrate is passed from a pipe 11 to be circulated, while the residual is discharged outside from a pipe 13.</p> |
