摘要 PURPOSE: To achieve the enhancement of operability and the shortening of an operating time by providing a parameter variable means capable of arbitrarily changing the control parameter necessary for controlling the operation of an operating manipulator performing at least one of the observation and treatment of the tissue region in a living body. CONSTITUTION: A treatment arm 5 and an observation arm 7 for positioning a treatment appliance 4 and a scope 6 within the celom of a patient are attached to the bed side rails 3 provided on both sides of an operating table 1 in a freely detachable manner. Further, the master arm 8 being the input means of a treating slave manipulator and the head mount display 9 being the input means of an observing slave manipulator are provided. A master slave mode is turned ON/OFF by a foot switch 12 and, for example, a scale ratio as a control parameter is increased by stepping the switch 12a of the foot switch 12 by an operator and decreased by stepping the switch 12b of the foot switch 12.
