PASTE SOY AND ITS PRODUCTION

PURPOSE: To obtain uniform paste soy not causing precipitation/separation of salt. CONSTITUTION: This method for producing paste soy comprises concentrating soy having the ratio of salt concentration/nitrogen concentration of >=7.3 under reduced pressure by heating at <=60 deg.C temperature of soy under 30-80Torr for <=180 seconds to 18-25% water content.
