PURPOSE: To contrive energy saving by changing a water sending pressure while improving the controllability of an air-conditioning machine and guaranteeing indoor atmosphere. CONSTITUTION: Respective air-conditioning machine controllers 13-1-13-n determine an air-conditioning machine control status based on the condition of opening degree of a control valve, differences between feed air temperatures and the converging condition of the differences of feed air temperatures to send them into a heat source controller 16. The heat source controller 16 determines a summarized water sending status based on the air-conditioning machine control status, sent from the controllers 13-1-13-n and determines a set value changing widthΔwith respect to a present set water sending pressure Psp based on the summarized water sending status. Then, a present set water sending pressure Psp is obtained by adding theΔP to a previous Psp to send it into a pressure controller 17. The pressure controller 17 controls the number of rotation of pumps 19-1-19-2 in accordance with a difference between the present set water sending pressure Psp and the actual water sending pressure Ppv of the terminal end of a pipeline system so as to obtain the relation of Psp=Ppv.
