PURPOSE: To prevent breakout, etc., caused by the breakage of a shell and to prevent the breakage of a short side block by inserting a buffering member between each block and a bracket and giving the suitable pushing force to the short side block through the buffering member. CONSTITUTION: The buffering member 3 is inserted between the short side block 1 and the bracket 2. Successively, a fastening bolt 4 is inserted from the bracket 2 side and a pushing ring 5 is fitted to the bolt 4 to fasten the short side block 1. Further, a stepping part 6 abutted on the bracket 2 by compressing the buffering member 3 is arranged at the position by the retreating gapΔ2 from the bracket 2, and the block 1 is retreated by the retreating gapΔ2, in which the stepping part 6 abuts on the bracket 2, while further compressing the buffering member 3. By this method, the bracket, etc., caused by the breakage of the solidified shell is prevented by holding the suitable contact with the shell and the shell at the short side is suitably cooled.
