摘要 |
PURPOSE: To securely perform linear motion of an output shaft without rotating it in a simple constitution by eliminating a D-cut part in the output shaft, and reducing slide friction between a bearing and the output shaft. CONSTITUTION: A motor 3 is installed and fixed to a valve housing 2, and a motor output shaft 13 provided with a male screw 22a to be threaded with a female screw 21a provided at a center part of a rotor 20 of the motor 3 is linearly moved to reciprocate, so a valve body 14 is moved in the axial direction of the output shaft 13 for releasing/closing the inside of a valve housing 2 in an output shaft rotation lock mechanism in a motor-driven valve. where a bearing 30 to slidably support the output shaft 13 is provided on the side where the motor 3 faces the valve housing 2. A regulation member 33 of a plate spring is fixed to the output shaft 13 on the valve housing 2 side of the bearing 30 to regulate rotation of the output shaft 13, and allow linear reciprocation of the output shaft 13. |
