PURPOSE: To realize a four-cycle engine capable of increasing the maximum intake air amount in full opening while strengthening the inter-cylinder flowing, and properly injecting and supplying fuel. CONSTITUTION: A four-cycle engine is provided with three intake valves 11a to 11c, a fuel injection valve 50 for injecting and supplying fuel toward one or a plurality of openings for the intake valves, a valve rest mechanism capable of resting one or a plurality of intake valves, and a valve rest control means for performing rest control of the intake valves on the basis of the operating state and the fuel injection state. |
