PURPOSE: To prepare a brain-nourishing chocolate enabling easy ingestion of glucose and, accordingly, having a brain fatigue restoration effect and antistress effect by using glucose as a main component and compounding glucose with cacao paste and milk powder, cacao butter, lecithin on an antioxidative substance. CONSTITUTION: This chocolate contains (A) glucose, (B) cacao paste and one or more kinds of substances selected from (C) milk powder, (D) cacao butter, (E) lecithin and (F) an antioxidative substance (preferably green tea, vitamins, etc.). The amounts of the components A, B, C, D, E and F are preferably 40-70wt.%, 11-50wt.%, 6-28wt.%, 5-15 wt.%, 0.3-1wt.% and 1-15wt.%, respectively. The chocolate is prepared by using the component A as a main material, adding the components B to F thereto, mixing the components and sufficiently kneading the mixture. |
