<p>PURPOSE: To prevent nail(s) in fabricating a shoe from being left in place undeliberately through elimination of use of such nails and thereby provide manufacturability of shoes with a high productibity. CONSTITUTION: To the bottom surface of a last 10 an insole 4 is fixed provisionally using a thermoplastic bonding agent 20, and a shoe upper part 2 is fixed in such a way as enclosing the last 10 and adhered to the insole 4. The main sole is adhered to the bottom surface of the insole 4, and the bonding 20 is melted, and the provisional fixation of the insole 4 with the last 10 is disengaged, and the last 10 is removed from the shoe 1. When this bonding agent 20 is to be melted, the area is irradiated with microwaves; when a bonding agent 20 for provisional fixation containing an electroconductive pulverized/ granular substance is used, it is melted by electromagnetic induction heating.</p> |
