PURPOSE: To enable a passage communicating a crank room with a section chamber, an exhaust chamber and the like to be penetrated through so as to be formed easily in a short time with respect to a cylinder block without using a long and slender drill. CONSTITUTION: A front housing 2 and a rear housing 4 are joined on both end surfaces of a cylinder block 1, and these are fastened by a plurality of through bolts 5 so as to be fixed therein. An air bleeding passage 31 for communicating a suction chamber 11 with a crank room 17 is formed by making use of one bolt insertion hole 32A out of a plurality of bolt insertion holes 32 which are formed through the cylinder block 1.
