STRAIGHT FINISHING OIL COMPOSITION FOR FIBROUS YARN

PURPOSE: To obtain a straight finishing oil composition for fibrous yarn having excellent smoothness and agglutination preventing properties and improved in dispersed stability of a metal salt of a higher fatty acid. CONSTITUTION: This straight finishing oil composition for fibrous yarn comprises (A) a dimethylpolysiloxane having 2-100 centistokes viscosity at 25 deg.C, (B) a metal salt of a 10-20C higher fatty acid and (C) an organopolysiloxane resin composed of a siloxane unit of the formula SiO4/2 and a siloxane unit of the formula R3 SiO1/2 (R is a monofunctional hydrocarbon group) with the proviso that the organosiloxane resin does not contain a siloxane unit of the formula RSiO3/2 (R is a monofunctional hydrocarbon group)}.
