PURPOSE: To improve the slip characteristics between the rear surface of a stamper and the surface of a roll while uniformly distributing tension and preventing breakage or peeling by fixing the stamper having fine uneven patterns formed on the surface thereof on the roll to bond the same to the roll through a lubricant interface. CONSTITUTION: A lubricant plating layer containing nickel as a matrix and containing fine particles of a tetrafluoroethylene resin as a dispersion phase is provided to the rear surface of a stamper 2 as a lubricant layer 2 in a thickness of 5μm. Next, the lubricant plating layer having the same structure is provided on a roll 3 as the lubricant layer 4 in a thickness of 5μm. The stamper is wound around the roll. Subsequently, the stamper and the roll are brought to a line contact state at first and closely bonded mutually so as not to involve air in the gap between the stamper and the roll. |
