PURPOSE: To easily prevent the generation of dust on the execution of a work by using an additive capable of forming a foam by the addition of a foaming agent as an additive for wetting a hydraulic material and homogeneously mixing the hydraulic material with the additive by the use of a mixer on the market in a short time. CONSTITUTION: A foam preliminarily formed by mixing an additive (e.g. water, alcohol. petroleum) with a foaming agent (preferably soap, albumen, sodium bicarbonate) is added to a hydraulic material (e.g. usually Portland cement) for surface layer ground-improving works preferably in an amount of 2wt.% based on the hydraulic material. The foaming agent is preferably used in an amount capable of increasing the area of the additive to 20 times. The hydraulic material is preferably mixed with the additive by the use of a screw feeder, a mixer for concretes or mortals, such as a forced pan type mixer, etc. |
