PURPOSE: To effectively detect the generation of gas unfilled state or gas leaked part. CONSTITUTION: Gas pressure after the gas introducing operation of molds 11 is started is detected by a gas pressure sensor 14 in a gas manufacturing unit 12, and monitored by a gas pressure monitor 15. If the maximum pressure of the gas exceeds the set pressure, or if the variation in the gas pressure in the reducing direction within a predetermined time exceeds the set variation, gas unfilled state or gas leakage is regarded, and a gas pressure abnormal signal is outputted to an injection molding machine 10. Thus, the molding operation of the next cycle and the following operation is stopped, and the reexamination of the molding conditions is expedited. |
