Foil winding machine for wrapping loaded palettes

The winding machine comprises a rotor arm guide bar (11) which consists of several telescopic non-rotatable sections (12-14) extending downwards for extension. A winding device (15) is fastened to the lowest section (14) of the bar. The machine frame (3) supports a vertically and horizontally movable lifting frame (28) which carries the foil clamp (31) and the cutting arms (32). The guide bar sections are of approximately the same length. Each consists of two side guide profiles and cross struts between the guide profiles. The top section is rigidly fastened to the rotor arm (10). The winding device is pivoted through 10 deg. to 30 deg. relative to the winding roller axis (17) towards the palette and away from it.
