Device for rotating drive shaft of stop flap

The drive shaft of a stop valve is rotated by a mechanism using fluid engageable pistons (2) oppositely sliding in a cylinder bush. Each piston consist of a disc-type element with peripheral seals. Each piston eccentrically carries a plunger (6) abutting the cylinder wall and extending parallel to the two pistons' positions. The plunger of both pistons are diametrically opposite. The drive shaft intersects centrally the cylinder bush and carries a two-arm rocker (9). Each of the rocker free ends has a longitudinal slot (10) engaged by a bolt mounted at the end of each plunger.
