WHEEL CLEANING COVER

A wheel cleaning cover, e.g. a golf trolley wheel cleaning cover is a hinged circular cover comprising two semi-circular halves (figure 9), made of light, robust material. When a golf trolley is not in use, wheel covers can be closed around a golf trolley's wheels and securely fastened (figure 1), completely encasing the wheels within. The trolley wheels can remain on their axle(s) when the covers are used (figure 2). When the cover is securely closed around the wheel, any mud, dirt or grass stuck to the trolley wheel can be isolated. When the cover is closed around a wheel and secured, it can be freely rotated clockwise or anti-clockwise. When the cover is rotated, internally adhered brush type material (figure 8) acts as a cleaner/buffer, removing any mud, dirt or grass stuck to the enclosed wheel's surface. Debris from the wheel is contained within the cover until the cover is removed from the wheel, then any debris may be discarded.
