<p>A hair mother cell activator comprising a composition (A) to be applied to hair mother cells and containing at least a blood circulation accelerator and a cell activator and another composition (B) to be applied at a given interval of time after the composition (A) and containing at least one of mono-, di- and oligosaccharides and at least one water-soluble polymer. The combination of the compositions of different types and the application therof at a given interval make it possible to activate hair mother cells (hair growth promotion or hair nourishment) based on the switchover of the hair cycle from the resting period to the growth period.</p> |
