This invention is a variable speed motor (14) powering a crankshaft driven diaphragm transducer (34) producing pneumatically induced reciprocating motion of a receiver-actuator (74) when a male organ is inserted. The present invention employs a hermetically sealable system to prevent loss of synchronization. The receiver (74) is designed with an inner liner (58) compliant enough to accommodate all normally sized male penises. The present invention produces a stroke length approximately 3 inches at a maximum frequency of 350 per minute.
