Changing curvature of anodically bonded flat composite bodies, e.g. glass and metal

In a process for changing the curvature of anodically bonded flat, composite bodies made of glass and metal or semiconductor materials, the novelty is that the body is heated after bonding to 250 deg C to 10 deg C below the transformation temp. of the glass of the body to achieve the change of curvature by shrinking the glass. Prodn. of the composite bodies is also claimed.
