An analog-digital converter (A.D.C.) device including an A.D.C. (1), and a data storage medium (3a) for storing the digital magnitude (D OUT) obtained by the A.D.C. (1), and a hold device for holding a first value when an analog signal (A IN) is initially converted into a digital magnitude (D OUT) and then stored in the data storage medium (3a), and for holding a second value, when the contents of the data storage medium (3a) are externally read in a condition in which the first value was stored therein.
