摘要 PURPOSE:To use a heat exchanger under the high temperature environment by melting or burning down a core during heating or carbonization and graphatization processing and forming a fluid passage. CONSTITUTION:Prepregs 16 constituted of carbon fibers impregnated with resin are laminated on the surface side forming cylindrical partition 2 or a helical partition of a core 15 disposed helically, and the laminated prepregs forming the cylindrical partition 2 by deforming the core 15 at the time of pressurizing the partition 15 are pressurized between the core 15 and a forming jig. Further, the laminated prepregs forming the helical partition are pressurized and heated between the cores 15, 15 to cure the resin. Then, carbonization and graphatization processing is carried out to form the cylindrical partition 2 and the helical partition constituted of a carbon/carbon fiber composite material (C/C material), and a fluid passage 3 is formed by melting or burning down the core 15 at the time of heating or carbonization and graphatization processing. A heat exchanger thus manufactured by said process can be durable sufficiently under the high temperature environment.
