A manufacturing method for colored plate consists of steps including a step of agitating the mixture of pulp and cement in water to get some 5-8 times slurry, a step of supplying the slurry to plural baths(1)(2)(3)(4), a step of pouring pigment selectively, a step of transferring solid powder(10) to the felt(9) using rotating cylinders(5)(6)(7)(8) arranged in each bath, and a step of fixing it onto a roller(12) in a predetermined thickness.
