<p>PURPOSE:To prevent cracks from forming by mixing roasted eggshell powder in a material prepared by mixing lime with glue plant, fiber for plastering, shellfish ash, etc. CONSTITUTION:A cement plaster is obtained by sufficiently washing eggshell with water, drying the washed eggshell in the sun, subsequently placing the washed egg shell on an iron plate, heating the dried eggshell over a fire of a gas burner, roasting the eggshell while stirring the eggshell, discoloring the eggshell to a light yellowish brown color, heating the eggshell until the whole becomes a uniform color, then pulverizing the heated eggshell, subsequently mixing 100 pts.wt. lime with 1-2 pts.wt. roasted eggshell powder and further prescribed amounts of glue plant, fiber for plastering, shellfish ash, etc., preparing mixed powder, adding a prescribed amount of water to the prepared mixed powder and kneading the mixture. Sand, glass fiber, etc., as necessary, are added and applied. Thereby, a glossy cement plaster wall without cracking is obtained.</p> |
