The lid (16) of the container closes with the wall (10) and has an opening (18) through which the objects are passed into the inside. A removal device (14) is provided through which the blades etc. can be removed with one hand from their holder eg. scalpel handle. The removal device is set away from the opening. A guide device fixedly connected to the lid of the container guides and aligns the objects through gravity as they detach from the holder. The guide extends from the removal device to the opening. The opening is smaller in each direction than the maximum size of the smallest object but is large enough to guide the objects through the opening. The shape of the lid and wall and the position of the opening in the lid are such, preferably funnel-shaped, to prevent the objects from sliding back through the opening if the container falls over. |
