METHOD FOR TRANSFERRING WIRE

PURPOSE: To prevent electrification of the inside surface of a tube and a wire by maintaining a humidifying state in this tube when the communicating wire is fed in the tube by air flow. CONSTITUTION: The communicating wire 1 supplied from a reel 2 is sent via a force feeding head 4 to the tube 3. The communicating wire 1 is introduced via a seal 7, is held by feeding-in rollers 8 and is delivered toward the tube 3 in the force feed head 4. The compressed air from a compressor 5 is fed from a compressed air supply hole 9 toward the tube 3 in the force feed head 4. The temp. of the air is dropped by adiabatic expansion when the ambient air taken into the compressor 5 is compressed down to, for example, about 10atm and is supplied to the tube 3 without via a moisture absorber and is decompressed to about 5atm. The moisture in the air flow is then condensed to a microfog state and the inside of the tube 3 is humidified. The static electricity in the air is easily discharged under such conditions, by which the electrification of the tube 3 and the communicating wire is removed.
