发明名称 CONTROLLING MEHTOD OF SWITCHOVER OF REGENERATIVE TYPE BURNER EQUIPMENT
摘要 PURPOSE: To reduce the temporary insufficiency of heat due to an unstable supply of fuel gas in the course of switchover to the combustion side and the noncombustion-regeneration side of regenerative type burner equipment which is equipped with heat accumulators and two of which are grouped in one set, and thereby to attain improvement of the stability of furnace temperature. CONSTITUTION: In the case when regenerative type burner equipment 10 of which a burner 1A equipped with a heat accumulator 2A and a burner 1B equipped with a heat accumulator 2B are switched over to the combustion side and the noncombustion-regeneration side alternately is provided in N sets, two or more sets, and on the occasion when the regenerative type burner equipment 10 in N sets is switched over to the combustion side and the noncombustion- regeneration side by one set sequentially, some one set out of N of the regenerative type burner equipment 10 is switched over to the combustion side and the noncombustion- regeneration side and fuel supply to the burner equipment 10 being switched over is intercepted for a short time to stop combustion, without changing the total sum of a flow rate. With the total sum of the flow rate of air made to be N/(N-1) times of that just before the switchover, on the other hand, N sets of the equipment 10 are switched over sequentially, and when the switchover of all of N sets is ended, the total sum of the flow rate of air is restored to (N- l)/N times.
