CONSTITUTION: A rotating body 1 having a frictional surface on its periphery and substantially made from a polycarbonate polyol and p-phenylene diisocyanate. The production process comprises reacting a polycarbonate polyol with p-phenylene diisocyanate to obtain an urethane prepolymer, mixing this prepolymer with 1,4-butanediol, and casting the obtained composition.
