PURPOSE: To achieve the simplification of an apparatus and ease of operation, and thus enable thermoplastic resin to be extruded in a well balanced manner by forming the apparatus with a circular cylinder leaving a stirring portion secured to the tip end of a measuring portion and a plurality of strips fixed on the surface of the circular cylinder. CONSTITUTION: The outer diameter of the stirring portion of a circular cylinder 2 Is made smaller than that of the circular cylinder linking the bottom of screw grooves In the measuring portion. The circular cylinder 2 formed in this manner is attached with strips 28 in its surface. The strips 28 is put every set our pieces of four pieces and arranged at the distance of a 90 deg. central angle in the circumferential direction. The strips 28 are arranged at thirteen six sets in total every set of 6 pieces such that the thickness direction is oriented in the rotating direction of the circular cylinder 2 and the lateral length direction is faced to the central axis direction in order that its overall length ranges over 600mm, so that it is made ranging over 10-30% of the screw shaft in its overall length of a supply portion, compression portion and measuring portion. |
