<p>PURPOSE: To provide an ophthamic examination device capable of ensuring a VDT worker's proper visual function via the control of a visual function effect on him/her and improving work environment by providing a means to input work environment for an inspected eye, and a plurality of devices to inspect the visual function of eyes. CONSTITUTION: A testee describes his/her status information on an inquiry sheet 1, while a tester assigns an ID number to the sheet 1 and inputs the number to a computer 14 via a keyboard 14a. The the number is, then, read out with an IC card read/writer 13 from the computer 14, and written on an IC card 12. Thereafter, the testee carries the card 12 with him/her and is inspected with many inspection and measurement devices 2 to 6 in sequence. Then, the tester collects the card 12, and measurement data is read with the IC card read/writer 13 and inputted to the computer 14. In this case, the computer 14 performs a health testing process according to a diagnostic algorithm on the basis of the inputted data.</p> |
