PURPOSE: To provide an induction heating cooker by which the temperature distribution of a heating vessel is uniformized and which can be accurately controlled by dividing an electromagnetic induction heating coil into an external coil and an internal coil having the prescribed winding ratio, and arranging them at prescribed intervals. CONSTITUTION: An electromagnetic induction heating coil 5 is divided into a flat external coil 5a having an outside diameter larger by a quantity H1 than an outside diameter of a bottom surface of a heating vessel 1 and an internal coil 5b arranged inside of the external coil 5a by separating by H2 =40 to 60mm from the external coil 5a. The number of turns of the external coil 5a is increased by one time to three times more than the number of turns of the internal coil 5b. With this constitution, in the external coil 5a and the internal coil 5b, influence of a magnetic field is mutually reduced, and the uniform temperature distribution is obtained. Heat diffusion to the outside of the heating vessel 1 is compensated, and the heating vessel 1 is also heated from an outer peripheral part, and the uniform temperature distribution of a vessel bottom surface can be obtained. Therefore, even when it is used in a business cooking appliance whose heating vessel is large, uniform heating becomes possible, and nonuniformity of rice cooking can be eliminated. |
