PURPOSE: To provide a rectum catheter which can be simply and certainly manufactured with small number of parts. CONSTITUTION: Inside a catheter main body 2 is partitioned by a film into two passages and further, the upper passage is partitioned into three passages by films, and the lower passage is partitioned by a film which doesn't intersect into two passages. The lowerst passage is an excretory passage. Both end passages of the three passages are allocated by a contrast medium injecting passage and an air injecting passage. A passage which is not allocated any purpose is set to a vacant passage. The end of the vacant passage is closed. An end cap 5 is fit to the catheter main body 2 from the outside and two balloons 11 are provided around the wall of the end section. The base end of the catheter main body 2 is inserted into an insertion mouth of a connection plug 4, a film connecting the injection port of the contrast medium and the air injection port and two locations on the outer periphery of the main body 2 are cut, thereby forming tubes,which are fit to a projection for injecting the contrast medium, a projection for injecting an air, and an excretory projection and connect with an adhesive agent. |
