<p>PURPOSE: To form a stable image without fogging, scattering of toner, etc., with recycling development by relaxing a rapid lowering in the property of matter of a developer caused by the incorporation of recovered toner. CONSTITUTION: In the recycling developing method, an electrostatic change image formed on a photoreceptor 1 is developed with a start developer filled into a developing unit 11 to form a toner image, which is transferred to a prescribed paper sheet and recovering the toner remaining on the photoreceptor 1 by a cleaning means, and the development is repeated while supplying virgin toner and the toner recovered by the cleaning means into the developing unit 11. As the virgin toner supplied to the developing unit 11, the toner which has flowability, shown as a toner dropping quantity at the time of dropping the toner filled into a container arranged with a rotary roller in a lower opening part with the rotary roller for a specified time, set in the range of 50-70% of the toner in the start developer is used.</p> |
