PURPOSE: To provide a desired delivery flow rate by manually or automatically selecting a plurality of flow rate control elements. CONSTITUTION: Flow rate control elements 24 and 25 having a nicroflow passage sectional area is inserted in flow passages 22 and 23 extending through the upper end parts and the side of a cylinder member 21. A hollow member 26 has an inner wall in which a flow passage groove 27 in an axial direction is formed. When the cylinder member 21 is incorporated in the hollow member 26, the flow passage groove 27 and the outlet of the flow passage 22 are intercoupled, and the outlet of the flow passage 23 is shut off by the inner wall of the hollow member 26. By rotating the two members 21 and 26 relatively in a peripheral direction through manual operation or by an electric motor, the flow passages of the two members 21 and 26 are selectively coupled and disconnected. |
