PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laparoscopic suture device capable of re-loading a new needle and suture rapidly and effectively by accepting the end of the tip portion of a surgical suture device by matching the same operationally to a mount member holding the surgical needle reseasably. SOLUTION: A needle 14 is arranged in a notch. A recess portion of loading mechanism 33 has a shape of receiving jaws 4, 5. When jaws 4, 5 are closed, the needle 14 can be engaged with the jaw 4, and the closed jaws 4 and 5 can be removed from the loading mechanism by raising the jaws 4 and 5 via the recess portion. The loading mechanism 33 comprises a handle 30 and arms 31, 32 mounted to the handle 30 via fixtures 57, 58. Arms 31, 32 support either an anchoring/positioning factor 19 or the needle 14. When mechanism 33 is supported vertically in respect to the opened lower jaw 5 and the needle 14 as well as the anchoring/positioning factor 19 is arranged in recess portions 15, 20, jaws 4, 5 are closed and the mechanism 33 is pulled out with the needle 14 while the anchor 19 remains in predetermined positions. |
