<p>PURPOSE: To provide a system of a thermoelectric cooler controller, a thermal reference source and a detector and a thermal correcting system, by a method wherein there is provided a comparing device connected to an error amplifier and an H-bridge circuit, and an electrical current supplied to a controlled device is controlled by the H-bridge circuit. CONSTITUTION: A temperature control device 10 for a controlled device comprises a temperature sensor 16 connected to the controlled device to attain a temperature feed-back signal, an error amplifier 12 for comparing a temperature instruction signal with a feed-back signal attained from the temperature sensor 16 and generating an output current instruction signal of positive polarity, and a current driving device 13 connected to the error amplifier 12 for applying an output current equal to 1/2 of the current instruction signal. Then, when either a heating or a cooling is required, the H-bridge circuit 14 is connected between the current driving device 13 and the controlled device in order to change-over a direction of flow of current of the thermoelectric cooler 15 and the current supplied to the controlled device with the H-bridge circuit 14 by a comparing device 14 is controlled by a comparing device 19 connected to the error amplifier 12 and the H-bridge circuit 14.</p> |
