PURPOSE: To stabilize the output of a sense amplifier. CONSTITUTION: Currents I1 , I1 / based on potential of data lines D, D/ flow through PMOSs 31, 32 in the state of ON, and the synthesis current I1 +I1 /flow through an NMOS 33. Potential of a node N30 becomes the potential based on the synthesis current I1 +I1 /. A conductive state is changed making the potential of the node 30 bias potential in the NMOSs 41, 51 in amplifier circuits 40, 50. The amplifier circuits 40, 50 output the potential based on the currents I2 , I2 /from the data lines D, D/from output terminals OUT1 , OUT2 . When the potential of the data lines D, D/are fluctuated, the potential of the node N30 is fluctuated also, and the bias potential is fluctuated. The fluctuation of the bias potential suppresses the fluctuation of the output potential due to the fluctuation of the currents I2 , I2 /in the amplifier circuits 40, 50.
