CONSTITUTION: Wastepaper is finely cut, mixed with, e.g. sawdust, immersed in water under agitation, and then uniformly mixed with a waterproofing water- based coating material or a water-resistant coagulant, The obtained mixture is made into a substance like a foamed polystyrene by blowing air, and the substance is dried. When this material is made into a board or square material, the degree of compression is controlled to adjust the strengths, toughness and hardness to values suitable for uses.</p> |
