<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture for locking a lamp by forming a clip comprising a first edge portion with a given thickness, an intermediate portion with a thickness three times larger than that of the first edge portion, and a second edge portion with a thickness equal to that of the first edge portion, and to provide the manufacturing method, which is environmentally safe and allows no increase in the manufacturing cost for the lamps. SOLUTION: A clip 10 comprises a first edge portion 12 with a given thickness, an intermediate portion 14 with a thickness at least three times larger than that of the first edge portion 12, and a second edge portion 16 with a thickness equal to that of the first edge portion 12. The intermediate portion 14 is demarcated by a first surface 18 and a second surface 20, which are separated and facing each other. The first edge portion 12 is continuous to the first surface, and the second edge portion 16 is continuous to the second surface 20. A projective lip 22 extends from the edge portion 16 into a direction nearly vertical to it. The clip 10 is preferably made from annealed 316 stainless steel with a thickness of 0.4572 mm and a width of 6.4 mm.</p> |
