PURPOSE: To provide a device in which homogeneous vegetable pancakes can be manufactuted in mass quantity without requiring labor by using electricity for a heat source under consideration of work environment, and automating cooking processes by machines. CONSTITUTION: At both ends of a frame 1, tray carrier mechanisms at two positions for feeding trays 2 in the longitudinal direction using a motor as a power source, and tray carrier mechanisms at two positions for feeding the trays 2 in the lateral direction are installed under the trays 2, so plural trays 2 can be moved endlessly on a horizontal plane on the frame 1. As a heat source, plural electromagnetic induction heat type heaters are installed, and tray inverting mechanisms 6a-6d to invert the trays 2 are installed, so bowl- shaped trays are inverted to be combined on flat trays. On and around the frame 1, a crepe supply and moding device, a cabbage measuring and supplyin device, a pancake baking and taking device, etc., are disposed. |
