PURPOSE: To shorten the cycle time and preclude the wall thickness of resin from being uneven that is likely to draw down intensively by providing a movable pinch plate capable of coming in and out in the mold clamping direction of a mold by springs impulsively mounted between it and the mold on the upper and lower parts of a pair of blow molds. CONSTITUTION: The male mold 3 has a hollow mold blow pin 7 projected capable of coming in and out within the cavity 5 and slidably supported in an insertion hole 8. Also, the blow pin 7 is coaxially secured with a piston being movable forward and rearward within an air cylinder 6 provided within the male mold 3. The female and male molds 2, 3 receive in its upper and lower parts respective movable pinch plates 10a, 10b disposed capable of coming in and out in the recesses 11a, 11b formed in the female and male molds 2, 3. The movable pinch plates 10a, 10b are made movable forward and rearward by a plurality of springs 17 impulsively mounted in each innermost part of the recesses 11a, 11b. |
