PURPOSE: To report stored position information on a return path to a driver by storing the position information of a going path at a storage means. CONSTITUTION: A driver inputs the approximate distance of a path to a control path 7 using a driving distance input part 2. The control part 7 determines a recording interval distance based on inputted approximate distance and the capacity of a memory 8 and stores the information of the current position detected by a current position calculation part 6 at a memory 8 when the driving distance detected by a driving distance calculation part 5 reaches the recorded interval distance. Also, the control part 7 stores the position information at that time at the memory 8 when it judges that a vehicle reached an inflexion point according to a signal from a winker signal detection part 3 or a vehicle speed operation part 4. On the return path, the control part 7 displays the position information stored at the memory 8 on a display 8. |
