PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispose a tire pressure valve or a tire pressure receiving part in a vehicle wheel provided with a hollow spoke in accordance with respective requirements. SOLUTION: A tire pressure valve 10 is disposed in a range of a first ring passage 7, and a hollow rib is composed to guide air into a tire interior through at least one air opening 9 in a second ring passage 6.
