PURPOSE: To satisfy fixing force against an operating lever so that racing and coming off can be prevented, by preparing an inner cylinder part in hardness higher than a sheath part in a range of providing the suitable fixing force against the operating lever, and preparing the sheath part in hardness lower than the inner cylinder part in a range of providing a suitable grip pressure. CONSTITUTION: An inner cylinder part 2, having hardness higher than a sheath part 3, is formed so as to sufficiently obtain close contact (fixing force) against an operating lever 4. In order to manufacture a grip 1, previously the inner cylinder part 2 is left as formed by injection molding or the like. As a molding material of the inner cylinder part 2, mixing a 30 to 60 pts.wt. plasticizer in 100 pts.wt. vinyl chloride system resin is used. Next, the inner cylinder part 2 is held in a metal mold in a condition of forming the peripheral space, so as to injection mold the sheath part 3 around this inner cylinder part 2. As a molding material of the sheath part 3, mixing a 90 to 150 pts.wt. plasticizer in 100 pts.wt. vinyl chloride system resin is used. |
