PURPOSE: To reduce the jitter of a super-resolution optical system and to obtain an information recording medium capable of attaining high density by reducing the effect of a side lobe component on a main lobe component at the time of reproduction. CONSTITUTION: A resist recording film 3 having a rugged shape, a reflecting film 4 of Al and a UV-curing resin layer 5 are successively laminated on a transparent glass bustrate 1 and at least one optical interference film 2 of Si is disposed within the depth of the focus of the information face of the recording film 3. |
