PURPOSE: To abolish an exhaust port for regulating the internal pressure of a furnace and improve the thermal efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An amount of exhaust gas control valve 11, controlled by the output of a furnace temperature sensor 9 in synchronized with an amount of air control valve 10 interposed in an air feeding passage, is interposed in an exhaust passage 8 while a flow rate control valve 13, controlled by the output of a furnace pressure sensor 12, is connected in series or in parallel to the amount of exhaust gas control valve 11. According to this method, the total amount of exhaust gas is discharged through a heat accumulating body 2 whereby not only heat loss is reduced due to the effective utilization of waste heat but also the possibility of deterioration of surrounding working atmosphere due to high-temperature exhaust gas can be eliminated. |
