PURPOSE: To store data to be nonvolatile even when the electricity is lost, by forming each stage of a series-parallel conversion circuit of an output stage at an input stage having an analog switch (AS), a floating gate transistor(FGT), etc. CONSTITUTION: When an AS1 of an input stage 61 of a first stage 60-1 of a series-parallel conversion circuit is turned on by a clock CLOCK-A from a clock generation part 62, an amorphous silicon thin film floating gate transistor FGT1 is turned on or off in accordance with input data DATA IN, so that the DATA IN is buffered. The data is sequentially transmitted to each stage equal to the first stage 60-1 through an output stage 63 including an analog switch AS2 controlled by a clock CLOCK-B via a transistor T2 of a source follower and, a floating gate transistor FGT2. In the constitution, even when the power is lost, data are stored to be nonvolatile in a floating gate of the FGT. |
