PURPOSE: To miniaturize a dynamic shift register without complexing a pattern by decreasing the number of transistors constituting a cell circuit. CONSTITUTION: Signal lines 33 and 34 are connected to a first terminal 31 inputting data A and a second terminal 32 inputting data B respectively, and transmission gates 35 and 36 are inserted into these signal lines 33 and 34. The signal lines 33 and 34 are connected with wired OR at the output side of these transmission gates, the output is connected to an input of a first clocked inverter 11, further, the output of the first clocked inverter 11 is inputted to a second clocked inverter 12 operating with inverse timing, and a cell circuit of a dynamic shift register is constituted. |
