PURPOSE: To improve a recycling characteristic of a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery. CONSTITUTION: In a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery, which is provided with a negative electrode using a carbonaceous material as active material, a positive electrode using metallic oxide containing lithium as active material, and nonaqueous electrolyte, normal battery voltage is generated only by charging after assembling of the battery. Solution in which inorganic salt of lithium and organic salt of lithium are dissolved in a water solvent is used as electrolyte. |
