PURPOSE: To fill an engine mount with a designated amount of gas surely by a simple procedure at the time of assembling the engine mount. CONSTITUTION: This invention provides a manufacturing method for a fluid sealed-in type engine mount comprising a rubber member 4 having elasticity and a diaphragm 9 as a thin film member having elasticity, wherein a fluid chamber 10 for enclosing a fluid in the interior thereof is formed by the rubber member 4 and the diaphragm 9 and the vibration is absorbed by the expansion and contraction of the rubber member and the diaphragm. The manufacturing method comprises a fluid filling process filling the fluid chamber with a fluid L, a process of installing a partition member which partitions the fluid chamber 10 into the main chamber 10a taking the rubber member as a part thereof and an auxiliary chamber 10b taking the diaphragm as a part thereof, includes an orifice passage 8 for communicating the main chamber 10a with the auxiliary chamber 10b, and is filled with a predetermined designated quantity of gas G, a process of installing the diaphragm, and a process of reversing the fluid chamber to force gas to stay in the upper part of the main chamber. |
